Quilt top completed

I don't know if it is just me but once I sense that a quilt top is coming together I cannot stop until it's finished. I have stayed up late into the night completing both my previous quilt tops and this one was no different. Last I looked at the clock it was 2.30 AM. It's such a rush that I cannot sleep unless it's done.

Arranged the blocks as I would I have liked them

Sewed late into the night and the quilt top came together.

A close up. When I arranged the blocks it looked too busy but with the sashing they were more spaced out it and the quilt started to take shape.

Neatly folded. I love the way it looks now. The linen really brings out the colours. In search of a good backing. I want to go with flannel.
